5 Recipes
1. Steak. Take steak, put on Barbie, cook till ready
2. Barramundi steak. Take Barramundi steak, put on barbie, cook till ready.
3. Salmon steak. Take salmon steak, put on barbie, add lemon juice, cook till ready.
4. Spaghetti. boil pasta, open jar, mix
5. Toasted cheese sandwhich. Take two slices of bread, butter on one side then place the buttered sides together. On the top of what is now effectively a butter sandwhich places two slices of your favourite chedder cheese (not much call for it round here sir), i like to start from the left. take the top piece of bread complete with cheese and place in your toasted cheese sanwhich maker. Cover with the remaining piece of bread and then cook till ready. For extra taste season with bbq sauce to your liking.

I was compiling a list of songs to be my rowing songs, only i can't remember all of them...
1. Scooter - Nessaja (had that stuck in my head when i did one of my best times for rowing...so i guess it would work for running!)
2. Eye of the Tiger (what a classic!)
3. live your dream (im not exactly sure what its called, but its from Save the Last Dance)
