Great Product
"I ordered two Pro Glow Knob Twista Poi Large for a back yard fire jam. These seem very well made and customizable with different handle colors and chain options. The burn was very long. I love that they came with a carrying satchel. My only reason for giving a 4 star is I thankfully ordered them 3 weeks early thinking the 7-14 days it said would take would more then enough time. It came 22 days later (1 day before we left town for our trip which I purchased them for) they came just in time. Because there was no way to track the shipment all I could do was wait. I would give a five if there was a way to track it along the way. If you don t have a tight time frame for receiving your poi I highly recommend these."

10/10 Great products
"This is my second time purchasing poi, but the first purchasing from HOP. I could not be happier with my products. They are good quality, sturdy LED poi. I have not used the fire poi yet, but by looking at, and holding them, I can tell that they are going to be wonderful. I have learned so much from the fire safety and online lessons. I m very grateful for the lessons, as well. All in all, this was a good buy and worth the money. Only negative thing I have to say is that they die quickly. It s a lot of power flowing through them and I assume that s why. They go green like they are fully charged quickly so I make sure to leave them charging for a while, just in case. But it s about 15 minutes tops and one will die. I m not sure if I received a faulty one or the poi clacking together has rattled the inside, but that is the only downfall of this product. Thank you so much to HOP for the awesomeness that is my poi set! Keep up the good work."

"I ordered a set of starter clubs (very lightweight plastic). My order did not arrive on time. I contacted Home of Poi. They told me to wait until a certain date and indicated that if my order hadn't arrived by that date, to contact them and they would send out a replacement order. My order didn't arrive by that second date either. I contacted Home of Poi again. They sent out a replacement order right away. In the end, one by one, I received both orders. I informed Home of Poi when each arrived and was thrilled when I was told in the end to keep the replacement set instead of going through the arduous (in my mind's eye) task of returning the replacement set, which would have been at no cost to me. Prior to that solution, I was offered a $10 gift certificate for my next order, which I found to also be a generous response. In the end, I feel very happy with both an integrity-rich service and a product that adds quality and fun to my life each day. Thank you, Home of Poi."

Love these LED balls!
"These balls are amazing. They're a good weight, not too light and not too heavy, and have a nice soft feel to them.
