i was wondering if anyone could give me a tip for a good transition to go into flowers
and out... since i only know a weave transition but looks kind of funny 
and unaesthetic.

this is why I said you could go from an sj -> flower...
and you can do flowers in an sj... you just have to turn the body.. like doing a continuous flower in the same plane involves turning the body 360... you can do the same thing with an sj.. its just a hell of a lot harder.. and not something I'm really up to par on.. but might have to try for for the |s| dvd..

Na man Richee is right. You must be able to giant weaves huh CLBBall? If yes then you can already do flowers. You need to seperate you hands "like" your doing giants a.k.a longarm weave. At the point you seperate your arms you just let the poi do 1 rotation then move your arms and let them do another rotation and move them again.
Start with 1 hand: point your hand to the ground by your hip, do a circle, point your hand to the side, do a circle, point straight up, do a circle. Simple, Once you can do that with both hands.
Those are the simple 3 point ones. The ones smallboy can do are another story
Go pratice...
