Hiya peeps
My friend bought me some poi for xmas cause its something I've always wanted to be able to do and I wondered if there are any peeps living in the Manchester area that wouldn't mind giving me a couple of tips on how to get better with my poi.
I can do the basics but would just love to meet up with someone that could show me some moves.
Any help would be great

Hey kandi welcome to HoP!
Actually there's quite a few of us from manc and we arrange meets on picadilly gardens and down at the gasworks. i think most of them have buggered off down to falmouth this weekend though but ther might be a meet next weekend. i'm only in wigan if you're up for a spin tomorrow got a mate coming from preston wants me to teach him god knows why i'm pants

I'd love to meet up with you sometime
When's the next time you're meeting?? It might be difficult to meet up for me sometimes as I work silly shifts but as long as I know in advance I can usually get the time off work.

hmm I think silly shirt hours should be banned
I've got a mate that likes to spin/juggle fire with me but we hardley go out now due to his silly shifts

well we usually have the meets starting at about 4 and finishing from any time between 8 onwards. they're usually on a saturday or sunday and are sometimes quite big, yet sometimes quite small.

had to create a new account on here cos I completely forgot my username and which e-mail address I used for my last account...am just catching up with people that I haven't spoken to or seen in ages! I stopped coming on here cos I had a slight problem with my computer...it kinda went up in flames.....IT WASN'T MY FAULT!!!
