When I needed to contact customer service about an issue with one of my items they replied promptly and were very friendly and helpful giving my questions personal attention. "I want to say an enormous Thank You to the Home of Poi. I was on a mission to share poi with my children as we no longer live in New Zealand but my homemade ones just weren't doing the trick. After searching online HOP came up and I decided to take the chance with some modern poi. Love them. Fluffy Led Sock and Flag. The website is easy to navigate the product faultless and we have all become poi enthusiasts. So simple no electricity required and great indoors or out. For anyone sitting on the fence or curious I highly recommend giving it a go. I am almost 50 and find myself grinning ear to ear because it is fun. The little carry with bags are an added bonus as is the free DVD for instructions on How To. Postage was fast and well packed and customer service A1. Again Thank You Home of Poi"

awesome knobs
"im using these for my fire pois and they are perfect. putting washers in them as a counter weight makes the fire pois some nice contact pois. even when i dropped them with the fire they don't melt that easily."

"This is my first experience with colecord. I ordered a couple 4ft pieces to replace the nylon strings on one of my pairs of poi and I am immediately happier with that pair. The colecord is beautiful adds a lot of fun and makes it impossible to tangle the poi. ALso I like the feel of doing double string better. It makes it easier when I wrap around my hands cause I can hold 2 strings instead of 1 to control the short poi and I don't have to strain my fingers squeezing 1 cord. PLUS I ordered a couple bracelets in the material so that everywhere I go I have a reminder of something I love. Happy Flowing Everybody!"

"HoP's sock material is amazing! It's beautiful in motion comfortable has just the right amount of spring/stretch and is so smooth - no time spent untangling your poi! At first they felt a little short but they will stretch a bit. I put a 25 cent mini bouncy ball in each handle end and have enough material to spin them full length wrap once for short poi and wrap again for super short poi(just a few inches) when learning a new move. I love these and would recommend them to anyone!"
