Swivels Make a HUGE Difference
"At first I was a little bit skeptical if the swivels were really going to make a difference but as soon as I started spinning I could feel the improvement. The balance of my poi just feels so much better ever since I attached the swivels. I recommend upgrading to using a set of swivels if you haven't yet."

Do Yourself a Favor...
"And pick up some of these handles... I've never used handles before but these make you go through the right motions in order to keep your poi where you want them to be. If you want to make your fundamentals that much better and strengthen your wrist movement then buy these handles."
