I have suffered from heightened anxiety for about 5 years now and have just finished a group therapy course in stress management and am currently being assessed for some sort of therapy...

Check out the Black Forest whilst you're in Germany. It's really beautiful. Sadly it's at it's best in the late Spring when all the bluebells are coming up. (Happy melancholy smile)
