I have recently received a few cases of feedbacks on pod poi not turning on or intermittently turning on from my students (I am running a small poi academy). Rather than send back to Home of Poi and bear with the postage and turn around time, I did a quick root cause investigation and found out that all the 4 cases were due to broken solder join at the battery connecting wire solder joint. A quick resolder would solve the problem. Sharing of this findings.
