Hello, my name is Elke, I called myself Moon Pixie 'cause I'm totally into faery and I run the Moon Fest at Shorncliffe (north Brisbane) So If you'd like to meet up, come along then and introduce yourself I'd love to meet all you lovely fire sprites!

Dreams/wishes for the future: I would love to live in the forest (how increadibly hippy of me ) Better still, I'd love to get some land and create a forest! Rejuvenating and restoring the land... I'd love to build my house out of rammed earth or straw bail... Living on the land with beautiful lovely people.... Do my art.... maybe open a shop.... I think it'd be so fun to make all these gorgeous faery art pieces and put them all though the forest and have forest faery walks...*:. Maybe hold a festival thing on the land too.... Hmmmm what bliss....
Don't forget to dream and make wishes... it gives fate an idea of what you'd like your life to do!

I'm so exitabubble!!!so exited I'm all packed to go and the flights not 'till midnight tonight!
we have to check in at 9pm though (for some silly reason) so I've got my acrylics to keep me occupied... rather than just bouncing around like a crazy loonytic! 
I got a bit cuffuffled with the times and days and stuff (already ajusting to fiji time
) when I was telling you when I'd be back on the tellaphonky the other night... hehhe... so we stay up all night tonight 
then we have breckie .... and then luch... which might be meetings and some rehearsals... and then we check into the hotel (we got a funky little villar thingy for the 4 of us 
) and then we sleep ZzZZZZzzzzzzZZZZzzZzZZZZzzZ ... and then we wake up 
and do some shows and stuff (and maybe some swimming ) and sleep ZZzZZzzzzZZZ and then go home Saturday morning! 
will be a bit of a crazy little whirlwind! ...but an absobloodylutely fantabulous one!

tee hee... that's the cutest piccie ever Ry...
and we *were* snorkel pixies for about 10mins until I started coughing & spluttering and decided that having a massage on the beach was more my style!!
the gig went wonderfully & Fiji is a such a *beautiful* place.. I haven't relaxed that much for years.. literally! They've promised to get us back again so we're very happy about that! I think I can handle this peforming on a tropical paradise island thing no worries!

BULA! (fiji hello)
*giggles at soggy cat piccy*nahhh didn't get piccies of snorkleing/choaking on salty water
... i totally sucked at it... had a moment of snorkley goodness with the fishies and fiji underwater beauty... then coughed at spluttered my way back to shore...hehehe I don't think i would have wanted to see or share photos of that! hahahawe went caiquing too... becca and I together... was funny ... our oars kept colliding...haha... but was fun hehehe
but yep massage was awesome really needed it... then lying back in beach chairs relaxing with icecreams.... ahhhh
then it was like "oh yeah we better go do the gig now" ...hahaha
there were some locals that did some polynesian dance and my god were those guys spunky!!! about 7 or 8 guys... and three girls, who were also fantastic! with the grass skirts going mental with the hip movement! ha! they were ace... and what was so great is seeing them cheer eachother on at the sides...
It was raining most of the time ...but that one morning when it stopped raining, we were able to sqeezed in a bit of fiji fun before heading off to do the gig ...slightly soggy by the end... but the pinacalata's made up for that! ha! (and *way* too much wine) felt a bit nauseous on the flight home the next morning....
all the people were so friendly
it was *Bula bula* evrywhere you go... and little singing gitar playing dudes everywhere too! hehehe... started getting a bit funny... it was like they were following us around...hehe and the buffet breckie and lunch was amazing too... I'll post the view from breakfast here soon ....and then the singing gitar playing dudes sang someone happy birthday and the seccond verse was "happy long life to you" ...beautiful

sorry we didnt see you last night pixie.. we had every intention that we were coming but then I turned into a sooky la la and got a sore tummy... had braxton hicks contractions all day.... Im 35 weeks this friday!!

Braxton Hicks are really poo. Have you had some pregnancy pictures done Valura. a freind of ours does lovely ones in his studio and they are lush memories of pregnancy. My avatar is from my second pregnancy at about 7.5 months I think.
We do make up and giggle lots. Friend of ours did a shoot as Gaia. Earth Goddess ..maybe...memory fade. with lovely henna tattoes on her beautiful belly.

Ive seen some lovely ones invlving chiffon and stuff....ooo..sprakles!!
I always wanted to have one done in water, but it always seemed too cold or too public.
As time goes on you remember fondly pregnancy, things like um..um..umm....babies dancing on bladders and um um um..ultrasounds with ickle ones waving!!.
Getting the pics done now would be great!!!.....
