I feel that this is what made me cease spinning for such a long time: the lack of physical contact to other dancers because I'm too busy spinning hard and heavy objects around my body.
It's all too technical and withdrawn for me these days. I needed some balance...
There is another entire dimension to it: water contact improvisation (in the pool)... feels like going back to fish-memory ... ·٠•●♥ Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ ♥●•٠·
