I've been tasked with orginizing a poi competition but the problem with that is i've never been to a competition and i dont even know how to begin with this.
Thus far i know i need judges and there is more than likely going to be a cash prize and i have until Feb to get things going.. can someone who has done this before or been part of a well orginized competition please help me?
