My name is Crystal, and I am originally from NZ where I picked up and largely self-taught with poi and staff. I am now living on the Mornington Peninsula (VIC, Australia) and am struggling to get up to the fire twirling gatherings in Melbourne, so if there is anyone down my way who would like to get together for a twirl, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE drop me a line.

there is a big community of doofers in oztrance.net, some of whom live 'round the south east suburbs, and there are a few twirlers on oztrance too. perhaps try your luck there!
