I HATE YOU PAUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its going to be a while before it comes off - been eating like a horse in the last few days. Sunday I ate a big can of beans, 4 slices of toast (excuse the pun), 7 sausages and a Pizza Hut pizza. Which was good considering I got up at about 3 and went to bed by 9:30...

I take it being that the back garden is only just big enough to spin that prototype tech staff in (under 1m) we will be invaiding the park up the road for uber spinnage sessions
inbetween going back to the end of the road to make sure GHC isnt sleeping or being sick

sorry i missed saying bye to some, i was asleep in the van as the house was full (well that and i had the beanbag ) left GHC, Chanti, and the pie monster about 9pm, they were still going in true toast stlye (well more a im comfy in my duvet on the sofa style, but they were still going )I had an awesome time and it was cool to see soo many people from here, in the barron lands known as guildford!
