Howdy,
I am Dave.
After many journeys and adventures in my life I am trying something new, "the quite". I live in a small fishing town in Alaska. I moved in the spring and had a fast summer.
This summer I commercially fished on three boats, Meet all sorts of seasonal and year round residents and attended Burning Man with my Theme Camp THe Pink Spot a great group of friends out of PC Utah where I have resided for the previous 2 yrs.
The Quite I spoke of is very different. the days slip by and my feelings are calm. This morning consisted of waking to classical tunes listening for a hour and a half, reading and streching for bit, coffee then work, usually in the rain, today in the sun.
I have fought the urges to fly away. Citing the nightlife, the weather , any reason to leave.
The stay here terrifys me for I am confronting myself with minimal distractions.
The option to ignore has been disabled.
I like options. I like options to be full functional. hehe.
This winter I shall dive into a new lifestyle and risk my sanity, again, to be come the man I wish to be. I , being aware of the the gambit, set the stage and am performing the part.
