Not only did nobody show up... put people that are normally on that corner left too. It was the only deserted block in all of Manhattan. I've never ever seen Astor place without a soul. It was like 28 days later.
Though I did see a girl putting up flyers for it about 10 minutes after it was scheduled to happen. Funny because the flyers said "Be on time"...
Maybe the organizers thought that 19:24 meant 9:24 PM.

I'm glad I didn't have to walk more than half a block.
