I’m new to the forum and the website so any replies with info would be appreciated greatly
I did start a few months ago with my glow staff and have progressively have got better but due the flexibility of the glow staff it has been very difficult to do body wraps.
Then last week I bought some flag poi and have been practicing that but can only perform the basics like the cross over and butterfly e.t.c

Don't worry about only being able to do the basics, especially with flags.

I do poi, and I dabble with contact juggling (very badly). I've often wondered about taking up staff, but I've never bothered to do anything about it.
