there's several spinners from the area of south devon (much better than those north devon folk) who want to make Wednesday nights a regular thang for fire meets in torquay. so were looking for peoples interest. so please let me know if your interested...
it will be torquay seafront, left of the pier from 8pm onwards on Wednesdays.

ahh maus, you seem to be missing the subtle underlying message of " personally i think the cornish are great, as do many north devoners, wouldn't it be great if they joined us in battle against the evil south devoners"

last night was a really good turn out, about 30 odd people came down. hopefully they will be there every week, everyone seemed to have fun. yay!

dang wont be able to make the next one, (13th) but if there is one on the 20th i will try and attend if i can find a train, or a good hitcchhiking area to stand

thought i might bless your pitifull south devon thread with words from the mighty northerners.
All ye lowly southerners have been granted the honour of being formally inviited to a spinage session type thingumy in the land of the gods (north devon).
It shall be taking place at the celestial grounds (my feild) on saturday (honour day).
anyhoo
y'all should come, will be fun, may have some indoor sleeping space, and if not ye can always sleep in a tent.
