I'd have a chat with PK before you keep stretching. His expansions then ruptured, then he couldn't get a job with his appearance.
The problem with expansions is that they're so hard to undo. He had to shell out a bunch of money for reconstructive surgery since insurance doesn't cover purely cosmetic procedures.
For my teenage patients, I always discourage them from getting any sorts of radical body modifications that are difficult to undo. I advise them to wait until they're older and have a sense of what impact and limitations such changes to their appearance might have on their life.

yeah I know. I'm not going past 6mm, which is the general limit for being able to undo the stretch. and it's not too big. I also dont like the look of giant tunnels so i dont really want to go past 6mm. I thought it out for a while before getting it, and it's reversibility was why i decided to only go for a 6mm expansion.

but as long as as you don't go over 1cm it will almost shrink completely, unless! you leave it in until your around 40, at which point it will never shrink back.
finally only stretch 1mm at a time or you pop something i cant remember the name of and it'll really really hurt.
