Marmite, Vegemite, or Nutella? (please choose one...this is important as it is essentially this site's equivalent of stating your religion...we have religious wars, crusades, cathedrals to Nutella, all that.) What does vegemite taste like? I've never tried it. Likewise with marmite. I like nutella though, it's well tasty.......

vegemite tastes a little like marmite although i prefer it... Yes i am very happy as sainsburys do vegemite which is also cheaper than marmite. you go and try some on hot buttered toast, but i do suggest you try a small amount first and not plaster it on as you would nutella

Cool. Um - I live over the hills and far away, and the nearest Sainsbury's is 100 miles from this precise location *looks around furtively and scratches head*
How about Tesco's? I might try some specialist shops too - my friend Sara (not Santa, I nearly got confused - but then we can't really rule him out, I have no idea of what his toast spreading preferences are) swears by vegemite and butter on toast. Hmm.....
