Okay, well some of you may have heard that the next falmouth/gwithian meet will probably be the last.
"OH GOOD GOD NO!!!!!" I hear you cry, well never fear young hoppers, we have something bigger and better planned for next year.... Hellfire!!!
Moving along the same theme as PLAY, but in lovely sunny(*we hope*) Cornwall.
We want to know what you want at the festival.
Call it market research if you will!
We have lots of ideas ourselves so far, but if there's something you've seen somewhere else at a festival and would like it at Hellfire
...say so here!
Likewise if there is something that has caused you a bad experience at another festival, circus skills or otherwise,and it would put you off doing it agian...LET US KNOW!!!
One other issue is cost. Obviously we want to charge you lovely yummy people as little as possible for this beautiful summer experience, so bear in mind all things cost money!
I'm also interested as to wether people would be prepared to pay more on entry, for more facilities????

Big top-yay!
Catering facilities
On site Toilet and Shower Blocks
Live Music/DJ's
Fire area
Workshop areas
Chill out tent
Camping
Parking
Performances
Beer Tent
Family area
....and basically all the usual sort of stuff.
Theres lots of other ideas we have, but we're waiting to see how realistically viable they are first.

well cost wise why don't you do it the same as fal ...... per night as some may want to go but cant because they can only go for one day or something...i know thatll be my case and maybe activity wise we could do like a march through the camp just to makes things exciting? possibly through streets of the near by town to show what tricks we can do and amaze people....i don't know ... ... ... mmm but theres my thoughts...any good?

payment per time there is a good idea......... for the punter, but not a great idea for the promoter...... policing somthing like that could cause you problems

Bean bag areas a awesome idea! Thats another idea for the chillout tent but its another one that we have to check feasability of, thanks tho!
I very much doubt we will be able to do day passes, not only does it make life a lot harder for people on the gate, but it also means extra expense in printing of different wristbands for each day/or a whole weekend pass etc.

The only thing i would state, like Dunc did in the Play thread, get decent loos!
Also, if anyone is going to any festivals over the summer look out for things that you like, try and get contact details and pass them onto the Hellfire crew (got an email addy for Hellfire yet???)

Although Play is currently planned for one of the last two weekends in July, sorry! It's also probably gonna be end of July forever now too
