Reverse 5bt and Forwards btb

Hey guys, I have been struggling with the 5bt reverse weave. I can make my hands cross correctly on each side but im really struggling to get the crossover in the middle and its frustrating me. Same applies to the forward behind the back weave. The reverse behind the back feels very natural but this one is a struggle.

Any tips welcome guys smile
