Hi there all,
well as seen as this is the introduction section i should probably so exactly as it says and intoduce myself.

My name is Catherine (Catt for short),
Im 22, and currently a student at liverpool JM University, studying Forensic Science.

I was introduced to poi earlier this year in Ko phan ngan, in thailand where some of the locals were doing their stuff amazingly i was suitably impressed and intrigued. From there i found out a little more but didnt partake. When i arrived in Christchurch (NZ) i met Dom (domino) who has been doing this for a while, so he introduced me to some basics and wet my apitite for more. Since being home i have been practicing a little but now i think its time to take it further. So im here to get as much info of as many people as poss. So any tips, or handy hints anyone wants to share then im all ears (well eyes as seen as ill be reading it) hee hee hee
Right well im going to get back to it, im sure more bruises from constant battering of myself will provail, but its the only way to get better!

Oh and by the way its Nutela, not a fan of marmite or vegimite! ewwwww noooo nutella all the way!!!!
