Ok random thread but i went out last night and was shocked by the behaviour of the dj. Dont get me wrong, im not a prude but i ended up in the dj booth with my mate having people chanting "get your top off etc"!! As soon as i realised what was going on i left but watched horror struck as 2 rather large and jiggly ladies took our places. Firstly tops off and then bras, then licking various sweets off each other!! eek

Now call me naiive if you will but i thought u could only do that in specially licensed places?? confused

And in case the boys reading this are liking the idea, Two lads also got on stage doing similar, possibly more gross things!!

Can anyone tell me if im a prude for believing that girls should have a bit of class?

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

I suppose if the majority of people didn't care then it doesn't matter too much but I don't think you're supposed to do it cause it's indecent exposure in a public place.

So what your saying is, if I take just ONE more pill...

No. Sithspawn, people should not be drunk enough that that seems like a good idea at *any* point. BAD idea...

Well, I think that if you're in a bar/club, then you have to be over 18 anyway, and at 18 there are no more restrictions on what you can or can't watch so...

After much consideration, I find that the view is worth the asphyxiation.

I have no problem whatsoever with nakedness, if I don't like it, I look away. Simple.

But I see what you're getting at Kazza. I like girls to have a bit of class, and not act like dirty sluts/whatever word you wanna use in public. I find it a bit of a turn off. In private, No problems! wink but in Public, it makes them look cheap and dirty, or downright desperate.

I get annoyed with the type of people whose sole reason to go to a club is to try to pull. It turns the places into such 'cattle markets' for want of a better word... When I go to a club, It's because I wanna have fun, dance, juggle, or a mixture of the three.I would say drink, but I don't really like getting drunk anymore...

i know what u mean, going into clubs to pull is soooooooo 16 year old chav.

yeah i like to shake my bootie and get a bit of attention but thats as far as the whole thing goes. i also like attention when i play with poi. dancing, poi its all ways of expressing yourself and for me getting attention peops who get there baps out for attention quite possibly have nothing else going for them!!

Hmmm...I've seen guys starting to get naked in clubs before, but they were completely out of it pretty much. Girls, yeah, they tend to keep their dignity a bit more.

Don't have a problem with it because it's their bodies they're exposing and parading around, so if they wanna be perceived as sluts or whatever then they can do it. The only guys they attract i reckon would see the girls as desperate or something...not my thing.

Clothes on means i can let the imagination run wild *mmmm...* biggrin

Dance-wise, i been starting to do glowstringing cos poi seems too bulky to take into clubs, but going SOOOooooo badly atm...i want my poi in clubs frown

If the place isn't licensed as a strip club and the police had of raided then yes they could have been in trouble!

I am in aggreeance with you Kazza....I go to a club to enjoy myself, listen to the music, hang with friends not to have people strip in front of me....if I wanted to see that I would go to a strip club.

Those girls obviously don't repsect themselves very much.....

So I think that makes two prudes???

I don't want to watch it, but I couldn't say its my place to tell them not too. And if they were hot enough of guys i might change my mind biggrin

Unfortunetly I'll be honest its all about the attractiveness, as long as they're pretty attractive (even if female) I wouldn't really care very much, but would a lot more if they were ugly (and I noticed attractiveness mentioned kazza!). Its very shallow but I think its true of a lot of people....

and if you're not trying to pull, doing something like that for the heck of it, i can see why people might, for reactions or a dare or whatever strange reason...

Nope I must say I wouldn't even want to watch drop dead gorgeous people dancing naked or near naked in a place that I went to hang out and have fun and not watch that sort of thing...

It would just make me feel insecure about my own body.

What would worry me if that the people were drunk and so not reasoning.
Clubs are responsible for too much drink...but not nekkidness of patrons?

In some clubs this may be acceptable??? Hearing some of the stories from stripper helpers its interesting what people want from a visit to a club.

Is it the Truth?
Is it Fair to all concerned?
Will it build Goodwill and Better Friendships?
Will it be Beneficial to all concerned?

Arn't some clubs more likely to have it than others tho? Isn't this the real application of the smokers "go where there's not smoke then"?

I wouldn't be in there joining in myself....but if others people don't mind getting their gear off then go for it I guess. I'm sure they were just drunk and having a good time. Good on them.

When I run my gyroscope at biker events I do it 'topless chicks ride free' and usually get quite a few and there's usually both children and police prescence. The toplessness involved is more comedy than sexual though so I think that's why it goes down OK.

I was naked on stage with Travis at the MTV Europe Music awards 2003, does that count for anything?

I don't know... I mean, I wouldn't do it but I figure each to their own! It's a bit tacky, but I suppose not everyone agrees with everything I do - ! once had a girl call me a whore for being a life-model! I think I've stolen this from another HOPer (no idea who, I'm afraid), but since we choose to spend our some of our weekends twirling socks around in a field we've lost our right to question the right of others to do what they chose!
