basic flower - hold arms @ 180 degrees toeach other at your sides (wall plane)

start spinning poi forward rotate arms forward stopping to allow a beat of the poi at every 90ged

can do backwards as well

if you rotate your arms in the opposite direction to your poi (arms forward poii backwards eg) you get antispin flowers that look like spyrograph smile

if you wanna spin on a wall plane behind ur back try holdin your hands further away from your back and emphasise on shiftin your hands from left to right in the weave. Did the trick for btb weave for me but reverse is still a pain in the ass!

i managed to get a btb 5b goin yesterday but it scratches the hell outta your wrists. people are starting to think i need councellin!!!! wink

has anyone ever spun to african tribal music before? as i originate from kenya i naturally have easy access to this kinda music but the fast beats and constant change in tempo are perfect to spin to. weavesmiley
