Posted: avoid perfect symmetry, as it will cause crossing. time your faster hand to be slightly ahead of the not so faster hand, so that the poi ends never really meet, just missing each other. For many peeps, it helps your non-symmetry if you have one hand over the other. practice with an experienced mate to look at your form, if not your curvy bod, and also in front of a mirror, so you can see how effective it looks to the audience. learn accuracy first, speed up to your own pace, then most importantly, graceful flow and body movement (that means slinking around too!) hope thos yelps!
