Start at NORTH TCE, Turn left at PAYNEHAM RD, COLLEGE PARK. Continue along MONTACUTUTE RD, CAMPBELLTOWN. Take the 2nd exit at ROUNDABOUT, MONTACUTUTE RD, ATHELSTONE, Continue along MONTACUTE RD, ATHELSTONE. Turn right at INSTITUTE RD, MONTACUTE

you need to walk to north terrace and the catch the 178 or 179 to stop

if you need to do shopping get off at stop number 26, and its right at
the Coles Shopping centre Newton (Bus driver will know if you want to
ask). You can do any general shopping you need here. You can call for
a pickup, but MOBILES DO NOT WORK AT THE SITE so you will need to
arrange with someone an approximate pickup and we can sort it out easily.

Guidelines
- Upon arrival report to the admin dome to register.
- Fire spinning only in the designated area
- No fire breathing
- No drumming/music in the camping area
- No camp fires in the camping area
- No dogs
- Drunkenness or other dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.

What to bring
- All the juggling gear you want to use
- Camping gear, enough for your comfort
- Food, and an ability to prepare/cook and eat it
- Insect Repellent
- Something to sit on – chair, rug, cushions etc.
- If you want to participate in workshops that involve extended contact with the ground a foam mat will make you more comfortable
- Cool clothes for the day and warm clothes for the night
- Sunscreen and a hat
- Water bottle (drinking water provided)
- Toilet paper (comes in handy)
- Torch
- Smile and a positive attitude

At the moment the workshops we are hoping to run are listed below so if you would like to run or help out with a workshop (2+ teachers is what we are hoping for for each one) if your interested in helping out please let us know and we will add you to the list

i might be able to help out with basic breakdancing by then - I'm learning myself, but i'll ask the guys teaching me if they'll come along.

Oh, and is it byo kero, or donations, or is fire not good, or did you say that in the main post, and i missed it?



any ideas on costs at this stage? i'm going to need to plan finances around this to make it.

And, given that i'll most likely be driving down, i can bring some/most of my audio bits and pieces. its not a PA, but there's enough stuff for some noise there, at least.

Um, to prevent confuzzlation, can i suggest highlighting the changes to the list, by bolding, or **ing the one you change? or even just putting the one that you want to do down, then having a central updated list?

Durbs - if you and Mrs Durbs came down that woudl be super awesome. Im sure you could also help with various stuff - contact in particular, and perhaps some other stuff? we are encouraging people to share whatever it is that they can do.

ok so to prevent confusion ill update the list as ppl offer to help take part in stuff



fuel will be provided but it wont be kero (well hopefully not) we will possibly have a large area marked out for spinning to stop random tents accidently burning down etc



i think we are looking at a max of $20 pp for the weekend to cover hire of facilities/fuel/pa hire/wood for bon fire/etc

adelaide hills close to winter can get a little chilly, if i remember rightly.
In any case, warm clothes probably wouldnt hurt. I'm guessing it's supply your own cooking bits and pieces?

Um, i can possibly supply a 4 man dome tent, but that'll depend on mums mood. I can't see any massive problems tho.

What about mcalcohol?is this a drinking included event, or would that be too dangerous re fire etc?

mig as far as alcohol goes i think its a be safe and sensible type deal no ones going to tell you off if your having a drink, but if your spinning fire in a unsafe way then ull recieve words

bender you can take a class in hoboism only if you promise to come and teach it in the appropriate attire that or u could help with the short doubles workshops

ok - should be able to make it. how long is it actually booked for? - i was thinking of taking friday and monday off work - so could be in adelaide from Friday through till Monday.

how bout a rope-dart workshop?

Will happily help out with any contact staff session - [though I suspect it will turn out to be more of a general jam and ideas swaps session...]

umm can probably help with some beginners contact juggling as well.

Awesome, I am definitely going to be there.
