I think anyone who looks at it and thinks something other than "Lightbulb" probably needs to lay off whatever's affecting their minds...

The lightbulb is quite a famous image in it's double-meaning-ness (probably not a word). It's kind of like the picture of the young woman that's also an old woman is you look at it differently.
