hey! i just signed in... so here's a few things about me: i'm daphne, from greece and i'm 21. i'm from athens, but for the past 3 years i live in crete beacuse i'm studying biology at the university here. i've been spinning for less than a month now but i just can't stop! luckily i have two friends far more experienced than me and they help me out a lot!
oh, and i'm always listening to music (i think some people find that annoying)lolthat's all for now... it's 2 am here so i'm going to bed. goodnight to all!

Actually, I was just outside with my best friend and I was showing her some moves and she really liked it. She's even considering to buy her own poi!!!
I'm spreding the madness lolWell, pink isn't really my colour (too girly for me)... sorry. I'm more of a black/purple type.

Ok... I need help from anyone reading this.. I've been trying to do the reverse 5-beat (not behind my back) but I'm getting nowhere. A link to a video or to some instructions will be very helpfull. Some advice will do just fine too.
