Hello to you all. Have been browsing for a bit and thought I better introduce myself as otherwise may just feel like a peeping tom!?! Also I have managed to pick up a few ideas from these forums (though the tangled web that is woven in the technical section often makes my brain hurt!) so again thought better say hi and ta very much.
So, based in London and enjoying the change in weather which means I can play after work in the parks (though pesky royal parks don’t like fire). I have just finished training as a McTimoney Chiropractor and will shortly be practising out in the big wide world
I play with poi mainly, though a very dear friend of mine gave me a staff recently from which I have gained more bruises than I have with poi (but much fun though). I like drum and base, funky music and the occasional dalliance with rock (new foo fighters album sounds cool). I practice tai chi (if badly – only recently started) and love to climb. Discovered poi in spain last year on a climbing trip when a friend from Brum happened to bring a set – couldn’t wait to play with the fire and no horrible injuries apart from the odd loss of hair (I have had to get two emergency hair cuts so far due to… well I am sure you understand).
Well I guess that’s me. I am hoping to come along to a spitz or common soon and introduce myself in the flesh. I will be the one hiding behind the tree going scarlet.
Oh yer, I also like chocolate and ice cream and sticky toffee pudding and cake, especially chocolate, the gooey kind with ice cream and….oh. Well, you get the picture.

Wow, I dont think I ever got anti-hated before, thats cool and first hug of the day thanks skullduggery (its about time, I have been up and about for 10 hours!!! mind you, dont get many hugs working for the council!?!)

i would love to say Yay 4 birkenstocks but I have absolutely no idea what they are, but as they are not like flip flops and like sandals I guess i can, so Yay.
Love monkeys, except for the monkeys I read about in the werewolf thread, they didnt sound to nice (and OMG! honey badgers
)I love pink, especially panthers. I am hoping to come down to Clapham this we but not sure will be back from Whales in time, hope so, it would be vey nice to meet up with other spinners. Love to watch good spinners (and then give it ago - must get a box! I wont be able to have children soon!)

Wow, sounds to me like there maybe a lot of need for Chiro in this community, there seems to be a lot of falling and the odd injury. Hope you didnt hurt yourself to much FRD.
