Hi, I'm brand spanking new to HOP, never even new it existed until I stumbled upon it recently. Only just starting to get my sea legs as far as the technology thing goes. Just typed poi into a search engine and BAM, Here I am. And right glad I am too.

Been spinning for years on and off, started in South Africa and the enthusiasm kinda waned once I got to the UK and refused to leave the warmth of indoors for months. Years later I am regaining my passion and learnig to accept that 26 degrees celcius is warm.

Think Hop is amazing, looking forward to learning and living and loving and growing. biggrin

It's not a matter of strength Dave...more a matter of inclination...of which I have little ubblol

will have a chat with marie about it etc. as I said in Lee's thread, I don't think there is any chance of me going to falmouth because boss is on leave and the office gets in a right mess when he's gone for 3 days after 2 weeks it's gonna be bedlam. I may have to work the saturday frown

but I will try my damnedest not too wink

Tell me about it. I want to dwell in my newfound and revived love with my boyfriend, but instead theyre sending me to F**king Nottingham tonight to learn stuff tomorrow that doesnt even relate to my job. confused

They really are cutting into my time now...

Cha! They get paid enough!!!

I cant complain, I just got a pay rise and they do put us up in a 4 star hotel... and it's only for two days...but still, I'd rather go home and watch cartoons.

Teasing? I think not, this training course is really intense and tomorrow is the culmination of learnt skills and I have to give a presentation having applied said learnt skills. However my delema is thus: all said newly learnt skillz were forgotten within 15 minutes of my first game of ping pong at Play festival...oh and uh, I havent prepared a presentation and it's due tomorrow....not going to either ubblol

New HOPpers in the area indeed, however, I cant meet them until I stay in Brihton for more than 10 bloody minutes. I am tired of gallavanting all around this country...I just want to kick back and stay home for a while... I was in Nottingham yesterday for a work training culmination presentation (which I did brilliantly in by the way-mini 'apprentice'-like competition and my group won!), got stuck in traffic till late and ended up over sleeping this morning and being an hour and a half late, so now I'm in trouble for that too...fu**ing fascists...
