I think i just gave myself a black eye and possibly broke my nose... lets just say it was a poi with side of glasses impact!
I am trying to do a butterfly and just when i nearly get it one string catches round my fingers on the other hand and it's tennis balls flying towards my face. Not helped by the stupid reflex action to try and cover my head - DOH! They are attached to your fingers!
Well hopefully this will be me soon --->
