spinning the poi on horizontal planes on either side of your body, in opposite directions (ie right hand poi goes down forward up back and left hand poi goes down back up forward) in an alternate beat, spinning through a 3-beat weave.
down, forward, up, back - that doesn't sound horizontal, but diagonal somehow. And if the poi are on either side of your body, how do you weave them in and out of each other within a horizontal plane whilst managing to keep your legs and body out of the way, and not tangling the poi.there's nothing quite as fulfilling as a tasty airwrap

'the stooping moth'?

Oh good call Cole. In fact, we should name every degree of move. So like if you're doing a weave and leaning slightly back we'll call that the 'Fat Joe'.
Well, shall we go?
