Hello, I'm new here and feeling a little overwhelmed - I only got my poi for my birthday 2 weeks ago so I'm very much a beginner! My friend directed me to this site and I must say I'm impressed at how much useful stuff there is here, hopefully I'll learn a lot.
If there's anyone in the northwest of the UK willing to be patient with a beginner give me a shout

Okay, a bit more info about me then...well, I was born 26 years ago in LA, but have lived in the UK most of my life, and I've been married for a year...my main interest is music (mostly of the rock variety), and I enjoy drinking and spending time with my friends, basically trying to deny being grown up and responsible
However real life keeps getting in the way, so I have to work and look after my house too *yawn*
Also I'm a moderator on a discussion board for 'The Darkness' - I guess you'll either love 'em or hate 'em!
