hmmm...toughie.....very little ones could be cool. A friend of mine has some small ones and no plans to enlarge them and they're really nice on her. So I guess yes if they're small and no if they're big.

If you don't mind going back have them, but do they really "go back" or is it surgery no matter how small they are? I thought once it was skin on the inside they have to be surgically sorted back to the norm? You could try asking pk, I'm sure he has lots of advice smile
