Hello everyone!
I hope you're all happy and in fine health. I am a new member to this site, so go easy on me.
I have been tangling myself in poi since about 2000, and have just taken it up again after a rest of about a year. I sometimes do fire poi, but mostly just mess about with normal ones and try to look like I knmow what I'm doing.
I live in Cardiff, and am yet to meet anyone else here who does poi.
Anyway, please come in and make yourselves at home. Feel free to play with the velveteen cloud buffer in the corner, and help yourelves to hob-nobs.

ooh, i just had chocolate covered strawberries on friday. i was at a conference and for dessert, they had a chocolate fountain and bowls of fruit and whatnot. you just stuck it on a skewer and stuck it underneath the fountain. they had strawberries, bananas, shortcake, cherries, marshmellows. soooo yummy. i gotta get me one of those.
I was always scared with my mother's obsession with the good scissors. It made me wonder if there were evil scissors lurking in the house somewhere.
Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and good with ketchup.

Chocolate fountain? Strawberries? I feel somewhat humbled by my offering of hobnobs now. Please bring choco fountain next time. It'll look good next to the traditional morroccan rumour baster on the coffe table.
