Little constructive criticizm...

The under the leg freestyle vid seems a bit hard to learn from. I think it may be the angle its shot from. Its also a little chaotic looking. Confusing for people who arent as understanding.

Let's turn those old bridges we crossed into ashes.

Hey Icon. Thanks for the criticism but that under the leg vid is just a 'taster' of the other 20 or so vids I haven't had time to upload yet. Everything that I do in that freestyle vid has been broken down into bite size chunks and is remarkably quick to learn. While I was in Samothraki this year I taught around 10 people to do all those moves in under an hour. I rarely see people involve UTL moves into their freestyle, its a shame 'cos they aren't nearly as hard as they look.



Dodgy camera angle I know but we only had limited space. Roll on the Summer when I can get outside again. Yay.



Can I copy all threads at once or do I have to do it 1 by 1????

While youre just getting into the whole "combining all your threads into 1" thing, you might want to just edit your first post every time you upload a new one so all the links are in the first post. This way, people dont have to search through all the posts looking for links.

I was wondering why your movies are in an unsavable Flash format?

I've downloaded a lot of vids from HOP and always save them because I'm on dial up and they take a while to download; saving them means I can watch them whenever I want and also is good for the bandwidth of the people who make the vids.

I've only seen two of your vids and, though they were excellent, I've not downloaded more cos of the fact that they can't be saved.

Today I met up with pk and he mentioned that your vids were really good and we got to wondering why you were using flash.

I guess maybe it's to stop other people using them on their sites?

I'm not being critical here, you've obviously put in a lot of work making the movies and posting them here; I just wanted to let you know that the flash format does mean that not as many people are going to watch them, and also wanted to ask why it is that you did it this way.

As I said above, your moves are great, I especially like the weave based release stuff.

You can see the Flash files on your Mac though, right? I can't offer much help with Mac problems I'm afraid. As I understand it the swf files must first download to your machine, whether Mac or PC. On a PC the files are easy to find and move elsewhere. Apple seem to hide them somewhere, why not try searching your hard drive for part of the file name? [like 'Bf_3bt_Impossible'] Or buy a PC ubbtickled Only joking, Macs are far prettier

Apparently it's something to do with 'Ratings'. How I go about getting the site rated I don't know ~ Any Ideas???

You can probably ask your Head Computer Geek at College to put the site onto a Safe List of some kind ~ But then they might not 'cos you'll be downloading loads of stuff.

Find out how I can get the site a 'No porn Rating' and i'll sort it out.

Or Wait until I get round to making some Cd's,

i had a quick search on google about how to get your site a rating, i didnt find much. i found a site called https://www.icra.org/
which give ratings, im not sure if thats helpful though...

Yes ~ you found the exact site I needed to go to to obtain the site certificate, thanks. So, not only does spherculism now have a rating, no porn or violence. But also I managed to get 'to go to to' into a sensical sentance smile

I checked it out and it seems to work. Hope you can download the vids.
