I've been playing with poi for about a year now. I just got back from New Zealand, where I met a number of poi enthusiasts and learned heaps of new moves. I also, after playing with poi for a year, discovered this site.(thanks Malcom) I used to fool around with nuchuks. Only with one set 'cause I couldn't imagine mastering two. Then a few weeks ago I made two sets to play around with. 'Cause I was curious to see how well poi moves translated to nunchuks. And in general to other martial arts forms ie swords, clubs, rope dart, etc. I've been thinking alot about "form" lately. And how it might better my poi-formance. Any insights? Also, is there anyone else from MI out there?
