Maybe he's one of the C O L O U R Kittens!!! You know that childrens story? Of the Colour Kittens? Where they painted the whole world... and then the paint spilt allover the sky and made a rainbow!*:. ....just a thought
Like maybe he painted himself blue when he painted the sky... and then got green paint all over him when he was painting the grass
