They could be braille emails. Try feeling the screen for little bumps....
Seriously I have no idea. Best option would be not to open any more of them. And preferably do a virus check on your system as they may have contained a malicious code (just cos it's blank to you doesn't mean there's nothing there).
If you don't have any anti-virus software you can get a free online virus check at: https://housecall.trendmicro.com/
