Hey, i cant watch some of the vids in the above link "free lessons" & "videos". I can watch the real player 1s and the quicktime 1s but the others dont say what format they are and they wont work on windows media.
Do any of u know what player i need to download so i can watch them all???

they are MPG format, your play is obviously missing some codecs to play this particular codec compress format.
if you want to upgrade your media player media player 9 is availiable to download from microsoft its really worth the upgrade, i uninstalled all my others because this one is good. it will automatically tell you if it can download missing codecs for certain file formats.
dont forget the all new video forum on the board too there are quality videos to find there.
