To all Brisbane twirlers, on each Monday night there is a practice twirl being held down in the South Bank Piazza. Beginners welcome as we are free to teach. Come to learn
Starts at 7:30... pm, and goes till around mid-night. See ya then.
Its all free and we would love to see you all there!!

i think most people will be at moonfest...lots of uberoz people too by the sounds of it!!!

Sorry I wasn't there people. I was in the Womens Hospital helping a friend have a baby... took bloody forever but we got there in the end. Now I'm zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz See you next week I hope!

I'm certainly going to be heading up for a look/see, misguided... I'm a rank beginner, complete newbie, but I figure an unlit gathering like the juggle jam is a good place for a newb.
I'm pretty sure you'll find that others will turn up too...

lol... ok, now I don't feel so bad.
Was planning on being there tonight for my 1st juggle jam, but I was too tired (as well)... and neighbours definitely played *NO* part in my decision to pike out... big w/end, reckon I'd make it to southbank, but no way I'd make it home again.
Had a shower, telling myself that I'd either feel more or less tired afterwards... more tired won out.

That'd be tonight then! For any of you who don't know... if the Piazza is booked for an event on Monday nights, then we go down to the 'buskers ptich' area near the pretend beach...( whatever corporate name it currently has)

Tillymoo's Homecoming And Gabes Off Galavanting in Europe For Three Or So Months and Dentrassi's Housewarming/Dentrassi's Twentysomething Birthday (Brisbane Edition) And Kyles However Old He Is Party*
Because this is too much of a mouthful to say at once, it shall be henceforth refered to as the infinitely more catchy

Tilly is back from several months in Adelaide and Melbourne, Gabes off to enjoy the Europe festival circuit on the excuse of visiting Knoxious, and Im moving up from Sydney. Admittedly i wont be up here fulltime for another month or so - but hey - any excuse for a party - and technically my birthdays on the 31st so i figured ill combine this into the title, and apparent Kyles having a birthday as well.
At this stage theres no particular theme or anything - personally im going through a stage where i have the compulsive desire to make silly costumes out of multicoloured fake animal fur, so if you have anything that fits that description you will at least endear yourself to me. If any prospective housemate wishes to offer suggestions this may change
It will be quite an informal evening - drop by anytime after 7. PM for address if youve never been here before.
byo fire toys & drinks and stuff. we'll probably have some light snacks but dont expect a fish and loaves routine.
Anyways - hope to see you guys Saturday next week. If any details change ill edit this post and bump the thread.
