To all Brisbane twirlers, on each Monday night there is a practice twirl being held down in the South Bank Piazza. Beginners welcome as we are free to teach. Come to learn
Starts at 7:30... pm, and goes till around mid-night. See ya then.
Its all free and we would love to see you all there!!

hey is 7:30 still the right time to turn up?
just wanted to check it hasnt changed in 3 years time
moved to brisbane this year, (1st year uni) and looking to learn some tricks!

back!Anytime from round about then...it usually goes on till after 10 or so. It's probably grown a bit since a few years ago; last week was quiet I believe but the week before, maybe 50 peeps?
If the Piazza is being used for a function, then people head down to the beach. It'll be good to see ya... there;'s some fair tricksters get down...

just sitting there looking at a bottle of tequila doesnt really do it for me... but well, you drinking a bottle of tequila, that is hours of entertainment

well... compared to tequila almost everything is boring... but with Guinness you get the added convenience of being both an alcohol drink and dinner combined one pint!

of course of course, I'll be there as usual, with bells on (well, with bells inside juggling balls anyway - cat toys I plan to juggle)
will be nice to have the piazza back... don't get me wrong, I love being practically forced underneath a few scattered outdoor eating tables to twirl... heh

well we didn;t have the piazza but personally I rather liked Buskey's Bitch.. oh yeah, and the space near the beach was pretty good too...

I have your stripey sock poi! 
So sorry, I wandered off with them at Juggle Jam and when I looked around, POOF! you'd disappeared! And I never did get that between the denim skirt move, but guess what I did my first waist wrap! (looked more like a tree trunk falling sideways wrap in my case) with them. Magic socks! .....Can't juggle balls but I sure as hell can juggle details....

I just phoned Southbank to ask what's happening with the Piazza and when it might be reopened, and the word from the nice customer service lady is:
don't really know, it's not a major renovation, just might be doing some cleaning or something...
so...ummmm.. see you somewhere next Monday!
