Just a quickie to say thanks to everyone involved for a FAB jolly today (and yumpitous crepes, sarnies and brownies!!). Any chance it can be a regular (monthly?) throughout the summer?

Met some lovely people, learnt some new moves and realised just how many really good spinners there are out there.

Hope the HoP photo came out OK and that you get it posted sooooon - is there any way of labelling it so we can start putting names to faces?

Big thankyou again!

Noods

We stuck round and did some skipping and sparkle poi and stuff, left about 1:30 walked back to the car, accidently interrupted a small group of men doing devient things, which was nice.
Cheers for organising the gathering guys, it's a shame that we got there so late. Look foward to the next one!

The answer is never the answer. What's really interesting is the mystery. If you seek the mystery instead of the answer, you'll always be seeking. I've never seen anybody really find the answer-- they think they have, so they stop thinking. But the job is to seek mystery, evoke mystery, plant a garden in which strange plants grow and mysteries bloom. The need for mystery is greater than the need for an answer.-- Ken Kesey

Great photo!

Reminds me of suddenly shouting really loudly and not realsing what it was I needed to shout. Seemed to get the job done tho, and better than just talking about it Every event needs a group photo, and next time we'll boss everyone into being in it as well.

Can't figure out the numbers tho. Maybe:
30 - Lisa (BamBam)
37 - Danae (Cassandra)
31 - Carrey
38 - Orange

There's a few other names in there that I can't be sure I'm sure of, so I shalln't embarrass myself! And people who aren't on HoP.

Oh, anyone find: set of Fyrefli fire juggling balls, set of pink and yellow star poi and a set of bean bag juggling balls? If so contact me, thank you!

Cass - alike (one pea in a pea pod looks the same as the rest of the peas in the pod - except the ones at the end which are often smaller and squashed slightly!)

DFQ - Noona's one of them northern lot, so probably won't be able to pop into swingers!

Hi folks,

I am delighted that this is going to be a bi-monthly thing even though I didn't really meet anyone on the 18th. I was so overwhelmed by the amazing standard that I was too shy to approach anyone. So it was brilliant seeing you all in action and I hope to meet and talk to you next time.

Come faeries, take me out of this dull world, for I would ride with you upon the wind and dance upon the mountains like a flame.

Tee hee,
I feel reeeeeally silly, cos I had an attack of the schoolgirly giggles and extreme shyness and managed to give the impression of being completely blonde whilst being introduced to some of the variously mentioned people.. oh well ho hum

There seems to be a recurring theme of 'I was too shy' or 'wasn't brave enough' including me.. so I think that next time there should some sort of shy support... maybe there could be a shy corner or something.. where all the nervous people could go and sit and build up confidence with each other... or we could play the name game ( ) or SOMETHING...

Oh well,
Most excellent and fun times were still had by all

Squeak, moo.And what IS so funny about peace love and understanding??
