Great LED balls for beginners
"Exactly what I wanted. I'm also still learning so I have dropped them a lot and they aren't scuffing up immediately. They are very bright. No way to turn them down. Once I get better, I may upgrade to rechargeable ones with different settings. But these are perfect for me at the moment. They have a nice rainbow tracer when thrown."

"I LOVE my new snake poi. They handle great with huge flames. They re super fun to spin with, but my only complaint is that they came with polyester finger loops that almost melted to my fingers the first time I lit them up. It would be a lot better if HoP had leather finger loops as an option but they don t currently. Besides that I would say they re perfect."

Very happy with my choice
"I did a ton of research prior to choosing this staff and I m very happy I made the decision and got it. The shipping (to the US) took a reasonable amount of time and I was stoked to get my staff. It came packaged nicely but I did have to go on the site to figure out how to assemble it. It s heavy and weighted very nicely. The grip is very grippy to the point of ripping out hair lol... and it s held up very well so far to my multiple drops on all sorts of surfaces. Overall I love this staff and I d highly recommend anyone who s looking for a good well built contact staff to give this one a shot. It s priced well and you won t regret it."

Wick ribbon success!
"Thank you Home of Poi! We haven't been able to use our torch-tripod for YEARS, until now. I ordered 12 ft of the 5 in. wick ribbon, rolled it up tight, screwed It into the holding area and added non-smoking liquid paraffin to the moat for wick saturation.... and we've got dramatic patio flair, once more!!! I think I'll order 5 more ft to make the coiled wick completely fill in the center (I thought 12 ft would be enough!). I'm so glad you guys exist. I've had no luck finding this width ANYWHERE. The quality of this ensures many more torch glow evenings ; ) Sincere thanks!"

"I have spent an obnoxious amount of time juggling these, and almost an equal amount of time dropping them on every type of surface imaginable. Still work like new. Not kidding here, every juggler ive met that bought theirs from somewhere else cant believe that mine have lasted so long (I cant really believe it either because juggling is frustrating and sometimes its a little too easy to chuck a ball into the floor/wall/etc to blow off some steam) (definitely dont chuck these at the wall though because you will hurt the wall) These are the same balls that motivated me to really take juggling seriously and its always an amazing reminder of how far i ve come. Cant recommend these enough, do yourself a favor and get them"

Hollow torches for vapor tricks with great handles
"At first when I got these, I was really confused/concerned because the spinning knobs don't have an obvious hole. I thought I would have to take them off entirely when I performed in order to do vapor pulls and other hollow torch tricks. I was disappointed, but also figured that since I only paid $30 for a set of hollow torches, I had gotten my money's worth. BUT THEN! I discovered that the ends of the knobs pull off to reveal the hollow insides, while still having a great grip for club style torch tech. Basically, these torches have the best grips on the market! HoP should advertise that feature more it's amazing. To open the knob, pinch on the sides near the top and the cap will begin to pull off. My only complaint is that the wicks are pretty fat as well as long, making them harder to fit comfortably in my mouth, and increasing burn risk. I may unwrap them and remove a layer of kevlar if this is a persistent issue. THANKS HOME OF POI! Dark Monk can suck it!"

"Totally and completely cool. I love them, much cooler than most other poi I have experienced the flames are pretty extravagant. The only thing that I wish was that they had come with knobs rather than handles, I recently ordered some knobs to replace the handles because knobs always tend to give me way more mobility than the handles do. But overall, super cool, immense crowd pleaser and the flames are extravagant, if you haven t spun anything before I would start with something less intense."
