Excellent poi
"These poi were recommend for the poi introduction course that I am following now. The quality of these poi are excellent. These poi are heavy enough to slow down your moves and practice. I have read some online reviews stating that these poi will not hurt when they hit you. I would say that they will not hurt much, but making a mistake and accidentally hitting yourself in your face or on your ear will hurt. There is no doubt about it. But ... that is all part of the learning process and the hurt is soon forgotten when you succeed in getting your moves right. The length adjustment is easy and can be done quickly. These are good quality poi for a fair price."

Best needle for sewing wicks
"I always add one of these to my wick material orders. They work so much better than straight needles for sewing wicks on my fans. I usually use gloves to get a better grip, but have broken one of the needles before by trying to push it too hard."

Pretty good
"A really fun LED hoop with lots of fun patterns. Great value for the price. My only complaint is that after leaving it open on the floor for several days as well as using it the hoop isn't round which gives it a bit of an odd look. But none the less a fun start to the wold of basic programable hoops."

UK Delivery - Slow but effective

(12 working days dispatch to customs notification, paid immediately, and in my hands 2 days later). Last-mile delivery by Parcelforce, which I'd consider a plus. Packaging and dispatch by HoP very fast and without the slightest issue."

Good...but watch the stitching
"I purchased two sets of sock poi - the green and the rainbow striped. The green set had stitching that was coming undone. The rainbow set did not. Don't know if it was the luck of the draw on color or what and it's a simple fix, however, that was my only gripe. I purchased a set of 2-panel sand poi weights, separately, as it actually gives you a slightly better deal that buying the set. The socks can easily interchange with weights of your choosing - sand poi weights, tennis balls, etc. That part I really like. The material seems pretty durable. Depending on the weight of the poi inserts, the poi sock will stretch a bit. It's simple to wind up the length a bit. I found that I can create an easy finger loop just by creating a slipknot."

8 inch wicks contact fire staff
"This staff is very good quality but there are a few things i do not like. First off the grip doesnt last very long before it starts to deteriorate and same with the markers for the middle they start to slip off after maybe 40 hours of use and if you sweat alot you lose all your grip pretty quickly. Secondly the shaft isn't very strong, if while your spinning you drop it and it hits the ground at an angle the shaft bends witch can be pretty annoying when doing contact because its no longer balanced. But on to the good things, the staff's wicks are amazing! Not only do you not have screws sticking out of them but they also last quite a long time And they hold fuel very well witch depending on your fuel can create a very bright and long lasting flame. I would suggest if you are new to contact staff or aren't confident enought not to drop it to not buy this staff but rather a training staff. To do fire though you can't go wrong with the 8 inch wicks contact fire staff from Hop."

I want to give it a 4.5 only because I've had the Cathedral Poi fly off the chain (not on fire) because of a loose connection. Received my delivery with juggling-balls
"Yesterday the delivery arrived here. The different light-functions and colors are amazing and a plus against the old LED-Balls with only one fix color, which I already have. Only 4 of 5 stars, because the handle of the switch-cap sits higher than the on in the old balls - I can feel the handle in my hands while juggling, but it is not that disturbing that I won't get used to it."

"I really like the weight and swing of the poi. The knob handles are a nice size and the swivel works well. I'm a novice spinner and these make learning easier than cheap poi that are weighted poorly. My only complaint is it is really hard to adjust the length. I struggled a lot to make them shorter and then struggled more to make the length even on both poi. I'm hoping it gets easier when the cords get broken in... or I'll just have long poi."
