Learn Lock-out/take-out - Beginner Lockouts

this is a great video for beginners. i always show beginners that they can do the side by side lockout straight to the stacked lockout and they get very excited because they realize they can already do inspin wallplane flowers. thats pretty cool when you are first learning - it allows them to really explore and learn the concept of the wall plane, and allows them freedom to "perform" rather than just turn weaves over and over.
