I looked around and couldn't find a subject on this. I've had the LED contact staff for well over a year now (maybe two?) and i really enjoy it. it's well balanced and works for what i need. However, last night while spinning, one of the ends spun in place and slid off the handle. I checked the threading on the handle and both ends seemed evenly tight but only one end slid off. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot/repair this issue?
