and I'm as nervous as if I'm walking into a bar full of strangers - so deep breath and here we go...
Just got into poi and i'm pretty crap but it's just such a buzz so gonna keep at it - who says you can't teach an old dog...
a good friend is getting married next august and she's told her mum I'll do fire! no pressure then.
I'm not v good at chat rooms n stuff, they scare me - in fact it's been 3 years since I last went on one but the guy who introduced me to poi is/was a HOPer so i reckon it's worth a try
dya know I was even worried about these fab little things I've seen on people's messages - right over my head i thought - and here they are on the screen - doh!
But now I can't get em on here aargh! 1 step forward, 1 step back.
Hopefully I'll look back on this and laugh in years to come!

thanx sweetie and oh so true. It's been quite rewarding telling people who I've worked with over the past 9 years - they're stunned and the phrase 'the lunatics have taken over the asylum' has come up more often than coincidence dictates. and that's from Directors heheI'm nearly done with working now - a couple of sets of meeting minutes to finish off (damn you, foolish pride, let me leave with unfinished business!).

Worry not Elaine no one has broken my heart. I was just a bit sick yesterday and a bit grumpy with it. Gayle was all excited about getting my hoop pages to work and I was a bit to vomity to get as excited as I should have.
I'm sooooooooo pleased with how it looks though. I don't think Gayle realises that I would probably never have got around to having a web page to sell my hoops without her as I'm rubish at computery stuff. She is a beautiful bright shining star in my life and sometimes I know I forget to tell her that. So I'll do it here for now and some other way soon
