New from Texas

Hey everyone,
My name is Derek and I've been spinning for a couple years or so now.
Took a big break this year and just started up again.
I live in Spring, Tx and have been using this site every once in a while to try and learn a few new moves.
I started out spinning a friends fire staff and everything snowballed from there.
Got my own fire staff (needs to be rewicked soon)
Got some fire poi made by my friend, also have a flow toys LED staff and a few sets of LED poi.

I look forward to meeting some of you and hopefully sharing some spin videos.

Right now i'd say I'm more of a staff spinner because it feels more natural for me, but I can still spin poi.
Just can't do most of the crazy moves I see people doing.

I hope to start recording again soon and will be putting together some new videos.
