Hello everybody, we have made for you a short video where we tried to prove everything what we learnt in one year experiences of intensive poi spinning, because we just fell in love of poi, it has started to be addiction as the addiction can be and improve our the movements variations and stretch ourself a lot and sometimes it really hurt
